What if I am not home to receive my order?

Provided your order is not left in a hot sunny location your order should be ok, however we do recommend that you organise a delivery address at which you or someone will be able to receive your order. As cacao is heat sensitive & we want to ensure that your order is received as beautifully as when it was sent!

Do you ship to countries outside of Australia?

We can definitely arrange a parcel to countries outside of Australia however we do ask that you email wisdom@souling.com.au to get a quote for postage

Can I return my purchase?

As our products contain consumerable items unfortunately we are unable to accept returns. If your reason for wanting to return your purchase is something that you are unhappy with please email wisdom@souling.com.au
